CUSTOM ORDER FORM

1) Please submit the following information for each BragTime product you'd like to order and then click "submit."

	Name
	Email Address
	Telephone Number

	Shipping Address
	Item	(e.g., photo album)
	Size	(e.g., 4x6)
	Orientation	(e.g., horizontal photos)
	Fabric	(e.g., red floral) see fabric samples here
	Font	(e.g., pure elegance) see font samples here

	Title Page	(specify exact text as well as any formatting requirements, special borders, etc.)

	Special Instructions & Custom Options	(e.g., paper color, attached bookmark, metal clasp or ties, pen holder, custom headings, etc.)

	Additional Services	(e.g., photo mounting, Refer A Friend Program)

2) We will email you with any additional questions we may have or relevant custom options
that you may have missed and confirm your order details.

3) Once the details are confirmed with you, we will send you an invoice for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or personal checks.

4) After payment is received, we will email you a proof of your custom title page for your approval. After your review and approval, your item will be placed in production.

5) It usually takes 2-3 weeks to produce and ship your order. Please note that once your item is in production it may not be possible to make changes. For this reason, it is important to check your proof images carefully to make sure it is correct and free from errors and misspellings.
